I miss my summer garden

In Cleveland, the average high is 32 degrees. It will stay there for one more week before the average high begins to climb back up. It is the half way point (statistically) and I am missing my summer garden.

It’s getting hard to make the bed

Every time I tried to change the sheets or just make the bed, there are two kitties who decide that it is time to play hide and seek under the covers and variations of wrestle mania, stalk and chase, ect.

I have been working at The Fairmount Center For The Arts since last July. I took over for Megan, who held three seperate jobs over the summer and this was one of them. I work in the office answering phones, taking registrations, ect. It can be hectic and challenging at times, especially the first week of a new session. I am enjoying this new experience.

One of my favorite christmas gifts

One of my favorite Christmas gifts this year was from my sister Rosemary. She gave me pinecone firestarters from Plow & Hearth that are treated so that the fire displays vibrant flames of blue and green. Here is a link to this product from Plow and Hearth.
