In keeping with an idea that Margaret used in her blog, I present here a strange artifact that I have inherited, but I have no idea what it actually is.
what can this be?
Perhaps it is an old fashioned pick comb.
Or maybe a ham fork
And what’s up with that wind mill on the top? It really does spin.
Do you know what this might be???

It was a piece of silverware I inherited from my mom. It could have originaly belonged to my grandmother or great grandmother. I never got the chance to ask her about its origins.
Hey! I’ve got an idea- Want to have a blog post together? Every Friday, you and I each post something weird that we have in our house. Let’s see who finds the weirdest thing. Are you game?

Hey Elise,
Go to Ebay and search on windmill fork…You’ll be amazed that you’re not alone! They’ve got ‘em on google, too!

Thanks- I saw the fork of the same pattern on ebay. I’d still like to know what type of fork-thingy I have and what it’s original purpose was.
