It is weird object Friday
Every year, the students of the Cleveland Institute of Art have a holiday sale right before Christmas. Megan always sells her pottery and I enjoy shopping for presents. Last year, a series of refrigerator magnets caught my eye. They were actual pictures from a 1960’s high school year book that Megan’s friend Sarah had enhanced. I don’t know why I was drawn to theses crazy magnets, but I just had to have them!
Go HERE to see Margaret’s collection of magnets. It’s nice to know that I am not alone!

They would definitely be conversation starters, I would think…

They make me laugh. I would put them on my refrigerator. But then, I have a Bluto from Popeye, Munch’s masterpiece “The Scream”, A mini doll from Korea, A mini wombat crossing sign from Australia, and a fish from the Bahama’s on my fridge right now, just to name a few! These would fit right in!!

Margaret- I am so glad that someone can relate. I also have a magnet of Mr Bean holding a teddy bear and a bunch of strange bird people magnets that my daughter made.
