It’s Weird object Friday

Megan and her fountain

When Megan was in fifth grade, she attended her very first ceramics class.   It was held at the Fairmount Center for the Arts, which is where I now work.  After that first class she was hooked, and continued her lessons there until she graduated high school and began her college career at the Cleveland Institute of Art.   One of her first projects was to make a real working fountain.  Chris bought a motor for it, and when it was finished, it really did work.   Not bad for a beginner!

  3. Sadly, it is no longer with us. I have kept many boxes of Megan’s pottery through the years, but I saved mostly the smaller stuff.

  7. I’m looking around. About all I find that we’d toss in is a 1993 Grand Prix- needs a new head gasket… still no deal, I’m guessing.
