		<description>Gerry is Right. It is a pie crust shield.  It Keeps the crust of a one crust pie from burning.  We used to use aluminum foil on the edges but this is much simpler.  Ben loves to bake fresh strawberry pies in the summer time and I found this item recently in a Pampered Chef catalogue.</description>

		<description>I have no idea how something that looks like that can help make pi(e).  And I don't know what a pie crust shield is for, so I defer to Gerry.  And I am not positive that your son likes to make pie.  Perhaps pizza pie?  But why would this help make pizza?  Aarrgghh!</description>
