This creepy looking mushroom was growing in my garden. It kinda looks like that severed ear from the David Lynch movie “Blue Velvet”. Check out this link for the movie clip, only if you can handle it!

I would have to be very hungry to even consider that thing - which is probably poisonous anyway…

I’m thinking that extra moisture from the rain did cause it to grow but it was just one mushroom, which in it’s self is weird. And I’d be surprised if it wasn’t poisenous. I scooped it up with a garden tool and got rid of it after I took it’s picture.
