Landscaping Problem
Any advice will be appreciated
For many years, this was just a plain old myrtle patch, which was fine by me because it was pretty and very low maitenance. As you can see, I now have ferns growing here.
I have tried pulling them out but they always come back stronger than ever. One friend of mine has suggested Round-up, but I don’t like using weed killer, and I think that will damage the myrtle.
I would love to pick a spot and transplant a few beacuse they really are pretty, but I don’t want them growing in this particular spot. So, if anyone reading this has any advice, I would love to hear from you!

You’re preaching to the choir. I have the same problem all around the pond and in several gardens in the back. They are tenacious!

Sorry I don’t have any words of wisdom other than pulling them out roots and all. But you have probably already tried that.
