As for your comment about customer service, I so agree with you. It's terrible. Basically, these two guys on the phone said "tough luck". They weren't going to do anything to solve the situation. I spent over $2,000 on this washer/dryer set and that's their attitude. I couldnt' even get the guy at hhgregg (where we bought them) to return my phone calls. And my husband wonders why I hate to buy anything new and refuse to even consider replacing the carpet in our house. I just don't want the giant hassle! Well, be that as it may .... it's still the season to be thankful and I am. I'm thankful to have made so many nice blogging friends. Wishing you and your family the happiest of holidays.
