Weird Photo Friday
Weird Photo Friday
Have you ever heard that old joke “The cat’s on the roof?” If not, you can find it HERE. Anyway, This is a very old picture of Bree and Fiver, who crawled out a bedroom window and on to the roof. This picture has been on our kitchen bulletin board for many years. When someone in our family has a rather large problem, we often say “ut oh, the cat’s on the roof!”

Fiver!
I remember that incident, actually. I was worried they’d fall. Fiver made it onto the roof a few more times afterward, if I recall correctly.
Oh, the desire to be Top Cat. That’s really about as Top as it gets.

I think that “top cat” position was held by Mocha, at the time. Who do you think is top cat now?

Cute story!
But are you sure that’s not Paul Newman and Liz Taylor up there? ha

Regarding your comment on my blog:
I don’t wear earrings that hang so I wouldn’t make them for me. I did turn one of the Christmas trees into a necklace charm and the snowman would work for that too.
But, since I don’t wear much jewelry other than my wedding ring and watch … I get more use out of the stitch markers. But, the theory is the same — the markers could really be either jewelry OR markers.
Two of my friends make jewelry — We sit together to work sometimes. I always think what they make is beautiful, but I don’t like the feel of the beads against my skin.
