My first Christmas Tree

This is a picture of me and my first Christmas tree. When I was growing up, my family celebrated both Christmas and Hanukkah, but I never had a Christmas tree until I moved in with Chris. We have had a live tree every year since.

I wonder if I saw that tree? It could be possible. Was that in Coventry?

Awwwwwwwwww…what a cute tree. I love the tinsel. When we had a live tree I was all about the tinsel.
Now we have an artificial tree — no tinsel.

Margaret- You probably did see that tree, but it was at the first apartment before the coventry one, at the top of Cedar Hill.
Dee- We had to stop using tinsel too, because our cats would try to eat it.

I remember that era.
you are cute!
We don’t use tinsel anymore either.
My dogs always ate it and was a sight that was!
They would come in from ‘going’ with tinsel still
attached with a ‘dingle berry’ on the end of it. lol

Boy, you are good. I’m not sure I have a photo of my first Christmas tree. It was a beautiful first Christmas tree.
