Jen- Thank goodness the pipes haven't burst, cold water is back but the hot is still frozen. Betsy- I live 30 minutes east of Cleveland Ohio, in Chesterland, in what is know as the snow belt. Canada isn't too far, just on the other side of Lake Erie. Dee- It is more snow than I like to see!

Had it not been for our cat we had at the time we would have not seen it until the morning. Kiki saved the day! Oh so sorry to hear about all your troubles. :(
