Lady cardinals are pretty too!
Everyone talks about how pretty male cardinals are. Here are a few pictures of the ladies. They are quite attractive too, though in a more suble way.

Beautiful shots of the female Cardinal, Pidg. She is pretty… In the first picture, she looks like she was wind-blown. In the 2nd one, she had added the goop and hairspray!!!! ha ha
Have a great day.
Let’s hope for no damage here the next couple of days due to the upcoming freeze.
Hugs,
Betsy

I actually like female cardinals more than males. Males are beautiful brilliant red I think the females are gorgeous! Great job photographing her. I don’t know why but I find that cardinals are the hardest for me to photograph. They just never want to cooperate with me.

They are pretty. I like the first picture with her little tuft sticking up. The last one is cute too with her feathers all puffed out. Looks like she was trying to stay warm.

The female is pretty, too. I like her red mohawk. Nice pictures.

I agree with you! Very nice pictures.
Mine are pretty shy at times and hard to get a picture of them.
