I love Netflix
If you were to ask me to list some of my favortie things, Netflix would rank very high on the list. I have always loved movies and to be truthful, I am more of a gourmand than a gourmet. This means that I enjoy the really bads ones too! Above is a sample of my high ratings for the thriller genre. You do have to click on this to read the list more clearly.

Here is a funny story for you: Chris’ mom wanted netflix but doesn’t own a computer. So I changed my account to get an extra movie for her to choose. She did have trouble getting it to play, as she was not used to operating the DVD player, but I was able to talk her through it. After watching the movie, she called back with another question. She asked me - “What button should I push to rewind the DVD???”

When we first got our dvd it was weird not to have to rewind. I have heard Net-flex is a great way to rent.

Neat Pidg, It’s no wonder that Blockbuster is almost bankrupt. We don’t go to or watch many movies these days–but I used to buy the old Blockbuster movies that they sold CHEAPLY –back when I used to have a VCR. I still have alot of those old movies –put away in a box in the garage.. Guess i’ll have to just get rid of them, like I did my old 45 rpm records and 33 1/3 albums (vinyl)… Times–they are a changin’!!!! ha
Hugs,
Betsy

Good story. Here are two quick ones: 1) Our daughter didn’t realize there was music on the OTHER side of an LP record I was playing. Yes, Em, you can flip it over. 2) A 20-something at work admitted to our Admin Assistant just the other day that he had no idea how to use our electric typewriter (which we use basically for addressing occasional envelopes). Yep, technology marches on!

Cute story! I bet it was hard not to laugh.
My Dad still has a VCR, and I can bet it is blinking 12:00 right now.
